I contacted this seller regarding this shopping trolley with wheels that kept twisting and I have disabilities they where so understanding and helpful offered me a discount or sent it back for a full refund, but I accepted the discount as I can use it as a shopping bag and because they understood my situation I was happy to keep it and I will be happy to shop from them again and definitely recommend this seller you will not be disappointed .
